Refund Policy

We want you to be able to try Wilder Screen Keys without worrying that you’ve wasted money. If it doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund you.

14-day, no-questions refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email teamwilder@wildercode.com from the address you used at checkout, include your order number, and we’ll process the refund. You can also request a refund directly from Lemon Squeezy through the receipt email they sent you.

After 14 days

Beyond 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If the Software is broken on your system and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you regardless of how long ago you bought it — just email us.

How long it takes

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

License revocation

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. Please uninstall the Software at that point.

Gift Edition

The Gift Edition is free, so refunds do not apply. If it doesn’t work for you, please write to us so we can fix it.
